The City of Colorado Springs is seeking responses from qualified firms/organizations interested in entering into an agreement/partnership for the use and programming of the historic City Auditorium in an effort to further activate this key area of downtown Colorado Springs and serve the needs of the community. The City envisions a revitalized and renovated City Auditorium as a key asset in this urban renewal area. The City and it's partners are interested in exploring the full continuum of options and encourage a balance of creativity and financial feasibility in responses.
